Mr. Prager counsels financial service providers and smaller and medium-sized companies in the field of capital markets law. Focuses of his practice amongst others are the counselling of firms regarding questions of regulatory banking law and their representation against supervisory authorities. Additionally, Mr. Prager counsels clients regarding questions relating to the law of securities trading, especially the trading with contracts for differences (CFDs) and other derivatives, the routing of trading signals and the drafting of corresponding Terms and Conditions and contracts. Another area of his practice are matters relating to corporate law including all existing corporate structures, for example counselling and representation of companies against claims of shareholders or third parties.         

Curriculum Vitae

Oliver Marc Prager, born in 1975, studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and Cologne with a focus on commercial and business law. Additionally he studied Economics in Heidelberg and graduated at the London School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Economics (M.Sc. Economics). Mr. Prager did his legal clerkship in Bonn and Frankfurt, among others at the Deutsche Bundesbank (German Central Bank). Since his admission to the legal profession in 2010 Mr. Prager has been working as a salaried lawyer for mzs lawyers. Mr. Prager already completed the theoretical part of his education as an “Officially certified specialist lawyer for banking and capital markets law” („Fachanwalt für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht“) successfully.
