Ms. Landsiedel counsels investors regarding the rescission of defaulted capital investments. The main focus of her work is the representation of investors who hold participations in closed-end funds, especially real estate funds. Moreover Ms. Landsiedel is a contact person for owners of so called “real estate junk”, who want to enforce their claims against those who participated in the sale of such “real estate junk”. The main focus of her practice is on dealing with the banks providing financing, in many cases by out-of-court settlement. Another focus of Ms. Landsiedel is the representation of users of file sharing services against claims of the music industry.

Michaela Landsiedel, born in 1977, studied law in Bochum. Afterwards she did her legal clerkship in Dortmund. She already worked for a law firm in Hagen and a medium-sized law firm in Iserlohn during her legal education. Ms. Landsiedel has been working for mzs lawyers as a salaried lawyer since her admission to the legal profession in 2007.
