Ms. Bönisch counsels financial service providers as well as small and medium-sized companies about matters of capital markets law. She has a main focus on the development of alternative investment concepts, especially in the field of mezzanine financing. Additionally, Ms. Bönisch counsels enterprises on all regulatory matters, especially regarding legal questions relating to the banking system and the trading of securities. She has another focus on general contractual and corporate matters including all existing corporate structures.
Katrin Bönisch, born in 1977, studied law at the universities of Freiburg and Marburg. She did her legal clerkship in Wiesbaden and San Diego (USA). Having finished her clerkship, she worked for an international auditing firm in the field of tax and corporate law. She has been working for mzs lawyers as a salaried lawyer since her admission to the legal profession in 2008.
