The reasons why investors turn to us are manifold. While many investors where advised properly by the financial specialist they trusted, others suffered the misfortune of being advised to put their money into investments which did not fit their needs and wishes. Also, in many cases investment schemes prove to be unsustainable in hindsight, which a few years ago made the impression of a promising opportunity to avoid taxes or of a safe retirement provision.

We help our clients to get rid of these unwanted investments or to at least to cut their losses. The review and evaluation of funds prospectuses, advisory services and loan agreements using banking and consumer protection standards is one of our most important tools in doing this. Here we have the advantage that we also know “the other side” of investment projects by way of the comprehensive counselling services of our law firm.
